The Flora Flourishing Cheese Visitor Center on Kibbutz Lotem is open to the public Wednesdays to Fridays and offers a spectacular view of the Galilee, and a tight menu based solely on cheeses produced in the adjacent space, alongside carefully selected wines.
It is possible to create a structured menu for groups by prior arrangement.

Michal Benishti, a gastronome with a master’s degree in gastronomic sciences from Italy and a former Strauss gastronome, fulfilled her dream and established the “Flora Flourishing Cheese” Dairy in a dreamy corner of the Galilee. Together with the cheesemaker Azi Miterni, they run a dairy that fulfills the philosophical path she has adopted ― good, clean and fair food that combines quality, taste, and sustainability values.
