Of all the landscapes in the Galilee, the heart of the region is the least known to the typical traveler. In the Misgav area and the valleys of Sakhnin and Beit HaKerem, impressive evergreen ridges rise above fertile olive groves. Spectacular observation points stand out from all sides, and hidden among them are small picturesque towns and beautiful and welcoming villages.
The Beit HaKerem trails project, initiated and led by tour guide Eitan Omer, director of the tourism center in Eshkol Beit HaKerem, is finally opening up these wonderful spaces to travelers.
About 120 km of trails are currently marked in the area, with the cooperation of the various government ministries.
Eitan will take you on hikes with adjusted difficulty levels on the trail, and between a beautiful view of a forgotten historical site. We will meet unique characters, local artisans, and nature spots that are opening these days for the first time to travelers.
