They are clustered on the slopes of the mountains, within touching distance of the fertile valleys and the yielding olive vineyards. In their acropolis, it still retains the ancient nucleus of the village, where the beautiful pearls and local heritage assets are hidden. These are the picturesque villages of the Galilee, whose inhabitants kept their names somewhere from the Mishna times or on the basis of local folklore carried by everyone. In recent years, more and more of these villages have opened their doors to travelers, small tourist businesses are growing, and travelers get to be exposed to the flavors of the local cuisine that is unique. 

By virtue of his position as the manager of the tourism center in Eshkol Beit HaKerem, Eitan has been a partner in the promotion of tourism in the Galilee villages for years, accompanying the tourists who work there and helping the local leadership to develop hiking trails, tourism initiatives, and local storytellers.
