We will start with a guided tour of the barn, move on to the air-conditioned visitor center for a story and explanations, and begin with the craft of cheesemaking. In the workshop, you will learn to make Circassian cheese, butter, Safed cheese, and experiment with making homemade ice cream. The workshop is accompanied by tastings and a personal recipe booklet. Suitable for curious groups who love cheese!
Yael & Azriel Dugma lovingly raised 12 children and dozens of happy cows and tender calves. The family runs a cowshed, dairy, cheese shop and visitor center, decorated with Yael’s spectacular handiwork, and they are always ready and willing to welcome you with joy and a big smile.
