The Moshe Aharon Culture in Nahariya was founded in 1987, and is the body that initiates and operates a wide range of cultural activities in the fields of theater, music, cinema, dance and more. The renovated Nahariya Cultural Center, the Northern Center for the Performing Arts of Moshe Aharon, serves as the major recreation center for cultural and leisure in the Western Galilee. The center is in the process of a 5 million NIS renovation for the benefit and well-being of the residents of the Western Galilee in general and residents of Nahariya in particular, the center will become an accessible hall for people with disabilities, including access to the stage and the gallery.
It includes cultural baskets for kindergartens and schools, an adult theater subscription, a subscription to concerts by the Netanya Kibbutz Chamber Orchestra, children’s plays, entertainment and stand-up shows, shows in different languages. Once a month there is a creative artist exhibition lobby.
