A Galilean breakfast in the courtyard of David and Daniela’s house, which borders the Nahariya beach, and right after that we will start a fun and experiential cooking workshop led by David and Daniela. We will learn a cooking technique using iron utensils and methods like in the old days, bake homemade pita bread and a variety of quiches in a rustic way, prepare a variety of stuffed dishes with aromatic sauce, seasonal salads, vegetarian maqluba and more (during the winter we will indulge in special stews)!
At the end of the workshop, we will let the meal cook slowly and we will go on a trip together to the Druze villages throughout the Western Galilee for a culinary tour that includes tasting and getting to know the ingredients unique to the region and season. At the end of the tour, we will sit down to a pampering meal with a variety of flavors, colors and unforgettable dishes, all made by our own hands!
Cost: 450NIS per person. Minimum of 6 participants by prior arrangement.
