The Rom Farm’s chef restaurant stands on the side of Mount Kammon and faces a breathtaking view, and is located in the heart of the farm. A kosher dairy restaurant, led by chef Ronen Waldman and managed by Sharon Perez and Amir Tzemach Bar. The menu changes according to the season, based on fresh produce from the farm and the region – special goat cheeses from our barn, vegetables from the organic vegetable garden, breads from the Taboon, herbs and olive oil from the Galilee. An experience of freshness, quality and taste – just like in the old days, but with a touch of style.
A fresh and refreshing seasonal menu, providing a true Farm to Table experience with utmost care for freshness, quality and atmosphere. A luxurious and uncompromising feeling, a moment of connection between man and nature and nature to the plate.
*The Rom Farm Bistro Restaurant and the dairy cheeses are kosher under the supervision of the Misgav Regional Council – Rabbi Uziel Eliyahu.
Uri Bar Yosef and the Havat Rom team chose to work on the farm out of a deep connection to the values that underlie our agricultural endeavors. Each and every one of them bring their all to the farm and so it is shaped according to the connection between the souls and the environment. We are constantly working in the fields of sustainability and ecology, and seek to do good with nature and live close to the land.
