The Havat Rom invites visitors to embark on a journey through the vegetable garden and orchards, the succulent incubator, rehabilitation factory, and end with a taste of fine cheeses in front of a breathtaking Galilean view.
We invite you on a journey of discovery and exploration, all of which is a connection to wild nature and mountainous farming.
During the tour, we will hear about the principles of Galilean agriculture, get to know the lives of the goats on the farm, meet them and understand in depth the work of balancing nature’s needs with human needs, what we call thinking and considerate agriculture.
We will finish in the production and differentiation rooms of our excellent cheeses and of course – taste them!
Uri Bar Yosef and the Havat Rom team chose to work on the farm out of a deep connection to the values that underlie our agricultural endeavors. Each and every one of them bring their all to the farm and so it is shaped according to the connection between the souls and the environment. We are constantly working in the fields of sustainability and ecology, and seek to do good with nature and live close to the Earth.
