The Baha’i Gardens north of Akko surround the historic mansion where Baha’u’llah, the prophet-founder of the Baha’i faith, lived in the last years of his life, and the temple where he was laid to rest. A long, straight access path leads to the circular garden, along which cypresses and natural vegetation are planted. Walking along the garden paths inspires inner peace.
For independent visits, there is no need to book in advance.
Guided tours are available by reservation.
