Lavra Netofa

Directions: Drive through the mountainous village and follow the road until you reach an iron gate. Leave the car there and walk about 1.5 km along a beautiful walking path to the monastery.

The monastery was founded in the 1970s by Melchite Christians. In the center of the monastery is a church carved into the rock and hewn stairs leading up to it. On the roof of the church there is a window/stained glass in the shape of a Star of David.
