From River to River: A Trip From Nahal Sarach to Nahal Betset
A beautiful route of approximately 5 km along the shady paths of Nahal Sarach and Nahal Betset. The route is easy-medium and suitable for families. Includes a visit to a cave, walking in the water, a tour of a fascinating and shady archaeological site, and finally, enjoy a café and pastry shop facing the sea.
Ein Hardalit & the Secrets of the Area
Ein Hardalit is the queen of all water trips in the Western Galilee region. And rightly so. A perfect place for cool summer trips close to the car. It always provides peace, quiet and beauty. Even when the stream is full of hikers, you can find a quiet corner to sit in. Recommendation: come early in the morning or in the afternoon. It is easier to find parking.
Day Trip to the Nahal Kziv Reserve & Its Surroundings
This spectacular hike is intended for families who know how to walk and love to do so. But it’s worth every kilometer. It starts at the Kziv Stream, where you can always refresh yourself in the cool water, and at the end you can enjoy a visit to the blacksmith of Fassuta, and an authentic Christian Arabic meal.
Tzipori Spring
Upper Tzipori Stream Springs
Where is it? Next to the road entering from the Tzipori Interchange (Highway 79) to Moshav Tzipori and the National Park.
Route: A group of springs that flow year-round at the foot of shady poplar trees. A beautiful spot accessible to any vehicle.

Ein Havkok: 3 for the price of one and also free!
A little south of Kibbutz Kadarim, the sign points to the “Havkok Tomb”. You arrive at the parking lot and the well-kept tomb of a righteous man (I recommend going in and talking to the person who maintains the place). From the tomb, go under Highway 65 on a dirt road and you gave arrived! A spring.
This is the spring of the ancient village of Havkuk. In the shade of the oaks is a small pool (which is currently undergoing renovation). You can spread out a mat and enjoy or climb the hill to the south and discover the Havkuk excavations – the mosaic is not accessible, but the hiding places allow a glimpse into another world.

Nahal Tzalmon National Park
From the Nahal Tzalmon parking lot to the flour mills.
Where is it? Highway 804, between Ras al-Einand and Sallama
The route: about one kilometer of a charming flowing stream with several beautiful and shady pools (not deep), ancient flour mills, fruit orchards and avenues of poplars and willows.
Extremely easy, suitable for the whole family.

Where is it? On the slope between Mitzpe Hararit and the Netofa Valley.
The route: The spring is about 120 cm deep and filled with beautiful turquoise water. Similar to the Beit Netofa Valley that is visible from it, it is called Ein Netofa.
The view from the place is amazing and overlooks the Beit Netofa Valley and the national highway. A beautiful pool of water (not always full, depending on the time of year).
Access with a “regular” vehicle to a nearby point. From here it is a few minutes’ walk in each direction.
