Porcelain Painting Workshop — The Secret of the Kibbutz Wonder at Kibbutz Kfar Masaryk — Courtesy of Efrat Peled Sade
What You Need:
Porcelain Markers (usually available in craft stores or online)
White Porcelain – Plate, cup, etc.
Stencils
**You can also order a creative kit for painting on porcelain in the Taste of the Galilee Store
How To:
Prepare your design for your porcelain – plan it out. Draw/paint with the special markers.
At this point, you can still erase and update your drawing by using a wet wipe (be sure to dry the porcelain after so that the markers continue to work well)
The drawing can be free-handed or with the help of stencils
Once you have finished enjoying and the painting is ready, put the porcelain in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes and the heat will set the painting on the porcelain
Enjoy!
