We will meet at the Pelech Winery in Kibbutz Pelech in front of a breathtaking panoramic Galilean view to learn how to prepare the perfect steak.
Liron Rosenblatt, an expert carnivore who has studied the worlds of meat, will conduct a workshop on the perfect steak accompanied by the winery’s fine wine.
For over 20 years, Liron has been researching the field, learning, reading and, above all, experimenting. He cuts quarters, ages cuts, makes sausages and stuffs sausages. He owns five barbecues, two smokers, and a sous vide grill.
We will learn how to choose meat at a butcher shop, different cuts for grilling, differences between different barbecues, and various preparation and grilling techniques (dry brian, reverse sear)
During the workshop, Liron will conduct a demonstration and of course we will taste the meat, along with a glass of wine and focaccia.

Pelech Winery is owned by Kibbutz Pelech, a young and diverse kibbutz whose members work together and separately while promoting shared values for a better society. Itay Bay, the winery’s winemaker, brought with him professional knowledge from France and the experience of the Galilee wineries, and together they created a home for Mediterranean wines, with natural fermentation — an approach of “less intervention, more truth”.
