A special winter evening at the Lotem Winery led by Wassim, the winery’s kitchen manager and chef, with over 20 years of experience.
Wassim cooks Mediterranean, Arab-Galilean local cuisine, deep and comforting, suitable for winter.
During the evening, an open meal of rich winter dishes will be served, based on seasonal ingredients: freekeh soup, shish barak, chicory and bulgur dishes, chicken and Moghrabieh stew, root vegetables, legumes, long-cooked meat and dishes that connect with the earth and the rhythm of the season.
The evening will be accompanied by mulled wine for a welcome and wine tastings from the Lotem Winery throughout the evening.
Wassim will accompany the event, explaining the dishes, the ingredients, and the cooking processes.
Additionally, it will be possible to purchase home-cooked dishes from the evening by weight, for sale this evening only.
