A one-time culinary event at the Lotem Winery, in collaboration with The Shchuna (neighborhood) Kitchen – three friends from the same neighborhood in Manof in the Galilee: Yotam Cohen, Moshe Mishali, and Amit Baum.
The three create food experiences in unconventional locations across the country and combine local ingredients, fire, smoke and earth, with a happy atmosphere and free alcohol.
At the Lotem Winery, they will take the concept a step further – an evening full of seasonal food, meats, fish, vegetables, free wine from the winery’s wine selection, and music from DJ Eyal Cohen’s turntables!
Food will be served throughout the evening, the alcohol will flow freely and the atmosphere will be festive, relaxed, and especially delicious!
