This is the trail that combines it all – extreme, views, history and true pampering.
We will start the day with a hot coffee in the shaded area, where we will receive professional safety training, and set off with an experienced guide who will lead us through the hidden forest paths of Achihud to the Mount Gamal area. Enjoying the forest paths and the amazing view, we will visit the ancient Dove Cave, a fascinating 250,000-year-old archaeological site near the Yitzhar Stream. We will hear about the Cave of the Ancients and the prehistoric artifacts discovered there, and then we will reach another secret cave ― the ultimate photo spot where nature presents itself in all its glory. We will stop to indulge in a peaceful break on the KKL benches in the heart of nature, with tea or hot coffee in hand and a panoramic view before our eyes.
We will end the trip at a breathtaking viewpoint ― on one side, the entire coast of the Galilee from Rosh HaNikra to Haifa Bay, and on the other side, the green mosaic of the Galilean Mountains

Since childhood, Waseem has loved the outdoors and nature, extreme sports with an emphasis on ATVs and off-road trips. Immediately after the Pandemic, he decided that he wanted to make a life change and fulfill his dream. He combined his love of the outdoors with his love of hosting people, and thus a business for RZR trips in the nature surrounding his childhood village of Julis was born.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
