Hagit Stern previously worked in a senior position in the high-tech industry but has always loved to bake. Hagit decided to pursue her passion and went to study baking. She studied at “Estella” in Givat Shmuel and then in France in “Perpignan”.
Following her studies in France and its strict adherence to raw materials, some of the raw materials she works with, including butter and chocolate, are imported specially from France and Belgium.
Today, Hagit brings her professionalism and love to Brioche in Nahariya.
Brioche offers a variety of meat or dairy catering throughout the country, including pastries and delicacies with a true French flavor.
