Adelina Chef Restaurant
Established over 19 years ago in Kibbutz Cabri, Adelina is a chef-led restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine with distinct Spanish influences. Housed in a historic stone building that once served as the kibbutz's cultural center, the restaurant features a rustic interior with wooden beams, stone columns, a vine-covered balcony, and a central taboon oven - all set against sweeping views of Western Galilee’s banana groves and the Mediterranean coast.
Founded by kibbutz member Adelina Goldfeld and restaurateur Ilan Oppenheimer to bring fine dining to the region, the kitchen is now led by Chef Roshdi Dakwar. The menu skillfully fuses local Galilean ingredients with Catalan traditions. Highlighted dishes include the multi-course Tapas Tour, roasted beef fillet in red wine reduction, and classic Paella Marinara loaded with seafood and saffron. The central taboon turns out fresh meats, fish, and breads, paired with an extensive list of Galilean wines.
Adelina offers mid-week business lunches, a special Friday brunch, private dining for up to 14 guests, and hosting for larger corporate or family events.
