As one of the oldest and most revered chef-driven restaurants in the north, Adelina Restaurant was among the pioneers of fine dining in the Western Galilee. Born from the shared vision of restaurateur Ilan Oppenheimer and a resident member of Kibbutz Cabri, the restaurant was created to offer exceptional culinary experiences to local residents and the many travelers visiting the region on weekends and holidays.

Housed in a historic stone building that once served as the kibbutz's cultural center, the restaurant features a rustic interior with wooden beams, stone columns, a vine-covered balcony, and a central taboon oven - all set against sweeping views of Western Galilee’s banana groves and the Mediterranean coast.
