Oshi and Yoav jointly founded the Meshek (farm) Adamit - cheese factory, delicatessen, and cafe based on fresh local produce. The farm is located in Kibbutz Adamit, on the magnificent landscape of the Western Galilee, adjacent to the Keshet Cave and wonderful hiking trails. Here, the couple hosts and creates at a local pace, out of a deep love for the place and its abundance.
At the cheese factory, Oshi makes handmade Sheep and goat cheeses, using a traditional method and without preservatives – fresh, lactic, ripe, smoked, and aged cheeses. Each has its own character and a story that was born with it.
The cafe offers a menu built around the cheeses and based on local produce available at the market, in greenhouses, or orchards. Sit comfortably in the cozy interior or under the wooden bench and choose from the rich variety – a cheese tasting plate, croissant sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and desserts – a menu that changes according to the season.
At the deli you can stock up on jams, crackers, fermented vegetables, pickles and delicatessen products, all produced on Meshek Adamit, in small, family-run quantities, without shortcuts and with lots of attention and love.
