Welcome to the home of Aviva Khoury, a cook and hostess from the picturesque Christian village of Fassuta. Aviva invites you to enjoy a warm, delicious meal overlooking the Galilee landscape — homemade food prepared with love, just like in the old days. Children can enjoy creative activity stations, including a craft workshop and a colored-sand bottle-filling workshop.
On the Menu:
- Salads – Hummus, Turkish salad, pickles, tabbouleh, fattoush, cabbage, eggplant, carrot
- Starters – Mini sambousek (cheese and meat), fatayer, musakhan, kubbeh
- Main Courses – Mujaddara, stuffed grape leaves, and traditional-style mansaf (rice, meat, and pine nuts, served with yogurt). A rich, indulgent, traditional dish that evokes the taste of home and cherished memories.
- Beverages – Water, homemade lemonade, coffee, tea
- Desserts – A selection of fresh homemade cakes

You can order a variety of dishes, meals, or treats for an event by appointment, to take to a B&B, or for meals and gatherings (also in the field). “Ever since I can remember, I stood next to my mother and grandmothers, watched them cook, and internalized every recipe, every smell, and every beauty that passed before my eyes. After many years of different jobs, I decided to start a new path and cook fresh, delicious, and healthy homemade food with recipes I developed, and today I am proud that I manage to convey the smell of my cooking to every place and every home.”
