In the heart of the farm lies the Rom Farm Bistro Restaurant – a kosher dairy restaurant, led by chef Ronen Waldman and managed by Sharon Perez and Amir Tzemach Bar. The menu changes according to the season, based on fresh produce from the farm and the region – special goat cheeses from our barn, vegetables from the organic vegetable garden, breads from the Taboon, herbs and olive oil from the Galilee. An experience of freshness, quality and taste – just like in the old days, but with a touch of style.
Rehabilitation, Community, Agriculture & People
The Rom Farm was born out of a desire to create a different kind of agriculture – one that benefits the land, people and community.
A unique vocational rehabilitation facility operates on site – where mentally challenged and battle-scarred workers, working in the various branches of the farm, are rehabilitated: growing succulents, carpentry, agriculture, and handicrafts. The joint work creates a sense of home, belonging and healing – for you and the land.
An Experience for all Ages
The farm offers guided tours, cheese tastings, foraging and cooking workshops, wood and plant workshops, activities for children, nature spa treatments, and hiking trails in the nearby forest. You can come for an hour – or stay for a whole weekend. Every visit will feel like stopping time and breathing a sigh of relief.
