Jullius Distillery – Distillates & Visitor Center
Founded in 2008 by Yuval (Joov) Har Gil at Kibbutz Hanita, Jullius Distillery crafts artisanal spirits - including "Akko" gin and Eau-de-Vie fruit brandies made from local, seasonal Galilean produce - using a state-of-the-art German copper still.
Every step of production is 100% natural and handcrafted, from harvesting raw materials to distillation, bottling, and packaging. Small-batch production ensures that every bottle is numbered and hand-signed. Powered entirely by solar energy, Jullius is committed to sustainability, and all products are certified kosher.
Visitor & Group Experience
Group visits last approximately 40 minutes and include:
