Together with the cheesemaker Azi Miterni, they run a dairy that fulfills the philosophical path she has adopted - good, clean and fair food that combines quality, taste, and sustainability values.

Breakfast and brunch meals are served next to Flora's production space and express the philosophy that Flora holds in everything related to food.

The breakfast and brunch menu (completely suitable for lunch as well, it’s all a matter of definition) is French style, just like the cheeses that are made according to the French tradition and is based on the cheeses that are made locally.
In addition to a cheese plate that comes with a variety of cooked, fresh fruits, vegetables, butter cookies, pecorino sage, and poppy seeds. There are also a variety of pastries, fresh salads, sandwiches, indulgent croissants, and crepes – just like they do in French bakeries from buckwheat flour! There is a savory crepe and a sweet crepe filled with goat’s milk jam that Flora makes on the spot exclusively for the kitchen’s own consumption.
