When Buza was founded, it was a dream of fresh, local, seasonal, and truly delicious ice cream - one that would celebrate our beloved Galilee, its unique and diverse human mosaic, its land, its unique flavors and scents, and most of all, one that would make the heart happy.

In our factory in Kibbutz Sasa, we produce more than a hundred flavors of fresh and precise ice cream, handmade, in a meticulous process and using high-quality raw materials.

In every taste of our ice cream, you can clearly feel the flavors of the raw materials and the special and exciting combinations characteristic of Buza.

We invite you to visit one of our branches across the country, to ponder the variety of flavors and special cups; for example, cashew ice cream made from cashew nuts, rich pistachio ice cream, Ras al-Hanot (Galilian spice ice cream), sea chocolate, Beirut nights, sorbets made from natural fruits, vegan and sugar-free ice creams.

In addition, a unique and indulgent dessert menu awaits you at each branch with mini pancakes, cookies, Belgian waffles, sambuza and more, along with wonderful ice cream cakes that you can take home.

We are waiting for you at the branch nearest you with a taste of the Galilee!

You can order ice cream from the branches through WOLT.
