A fun experiential crafting workshop in free sculpting with iron wire in the cozy studio of the artist Koby Sibony and under his guidance.
We will start the workshop with a short talk about creating with iron wire in reference to the works displayed in the studio, sources of inspiration, the relationship between design and art, minimalism and its opposite.
Then we will dive into a free piece of iron wire.
No prior knowledge is required.
You have to come with an open mind and a desire to create with the material.
Koby provides all the necessary tools, materials, and equipment.

Koby Sibony, a graduate of Bezalel with honors in industrial design, “draws” flat works alongside three-dimensional works in space using metal wires. Koby believes that art should be accessible to everyone at any age.

We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
