Anemone
There are several color displays. In the lower regions, flowering begins in January, and in the higher regions in February.
Why anemone? Because she is as beautiful as a bride!

Tip: In the Horvat Hamama area, you can also see the hyacinths blooming in January. Don’t miss out and take a sniff! You won’t regret it!

Catchflies & Ricotia Lunaria
Creates a spectacular purple-pink carpet, mainly in olive groves.
Blooming locations: At the entrance to the village of Clil, among the olive trees. In the village of Jat – it is recommended to park near the oil press and walk left for about 5-10 minutes to the olive grove area.

Aluma restaurant is a Galilean bistro located on the rural country road between Kfar Vradim and Tarshiha, with pine hills, tobacco fields, and Galilean landscape just outside its window. The location was selected out of a desire to appeal to diverse crowds, Jews and Arabs, living side-by-side in this growing region that still maintains traditional rural characteristics.

Adelina opened in Kibbutz Cabri more than 19 years ago. With a large patio overlooking banana fields and the blue sea in the distance, Adelina is a chef restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine and an added Spanish touch. The restaurant is inside a stone building once used as the kibbutz's cultural center, facing Western Galilee views.

Noor is the first Druze Kosher restaurant in the country. The Noor Restaurant is owned by an extraordinary woman ― Basma Hino; Basma is an IDF widow who light a torch on the 76th Independence Day of the State of Israel (2024) for her extraordinary work during the Gaza War. Basma prepared her kitchen so that she could provide hot and nutritious meals to IDF soldiers from her late husband's brigade during the fighting and produced hundreds, if not thousands of meals from her kitchen in the past year, with the help of many donors and volunteers.

Samir Asdi, founder and director of Tukiz Restaurant, moved from photography to restaurants. Following his father's work, Samir Asdi took up photography. For years, Samir worked days and nights at events and parties. Samir had a childhood dream to enter the kitchen and he felt respect, love, and curiosity for food. Over the years, the passion for food and the smells of the kitchen attracted Samir, so much so that he left the photography empire and built a new empire for himself. With a deep breath and planning for a year, the Turkiz Restaurant was established together with his wife, Nahala. One can find in the kitchen of Turkiz salads, dishes, and special and fine desserts with a taste of home and love.

Stern Winery was founded in 2004 by Johnny Stern. Stern Winery is a family-run boutique winery in the Galilee, located on one of the mountain peaks overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, in Kibbutz Tuval.

The Lotem Winery was established in 2010 out of a love for the world of wine, and hospitality, and a desire to bring the organic way of working to the forefront. The organic concept accompanies the winery in the wine production process - quality wines produced in a production process that protects the environment and nature, and also in the hospitality experience.

The Kishor Vineyards and Winery belong to Kibbutz Kishorit, a village for people with special needs. The winery includes a vineyard, a visitor center, and integrates the village residents into daily activities.

The Julia Winery is a family business, producing quality boutique wines from selected grapes grown on our own land and in other Galilee vineyards. The family vineyard is in the village of Mi’ilya in Western Galillee, on rock-covered slopes in an area of ancient winepresses, and surrounded by olive groves and oak trees. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are grown on naturally irrigated terra Russo land which is rich in iron. The vineyard is irrigated solely by rainfall, which allows the grapes to ripen fully before they are harvested, thus increasing the percentage of sugar and enhancing the quality of the wine. The vineyard was established by George Araf, the father of the wine-loving family, and an agronomist with many years of experience.
Mi'ilya
The Ofir Farm in Alon HaGalil includes a vineyard and winery, known to wine enthusiasts by its former name the Yiftah’el Winery, and an apiary, known to honey enthusiasts by its former name, the Ofir Apiary. The farm was established by Hadas and Zvika Ofir in Alon HaGalil, which was then an agricultural village in its early days. Zvika grew up with the craft of beekeeping, which he learned from his father Yishai. He received his first hundred bees from him as a gift, and today there are over 800 hives. After the establishment of the apiary, in 1986, Hadas and Zvika decided to deepen their connection to the land and planted grapevines. For more than a decade, the grapes were sold to large wineries in the country, and in 1999 they began producing their wine.
