Chef Elian Layousse brings around 30 years of experience, centered on traditional Italian cuisine enriched with personal Galilean touches. After starting his career in New York as a cook, he relocated to Italy to establish his own restaurant.

Today, the chef still owns a substantial wine canteen in Italy and has won several competitions for his winemaking. Alongside his team, Chef Elian prepares classic Italian dishes using time-honored traditional methods combined with modern cooking standards.

Ingredients & Quality

The restaurant guarantees quality through carefully selected ingredients: seasonal vegetables, fresh meats, homemade pastas made daily, and fresh in-house desserts.

Every dish balances delicate flavors with a deep respect for local heritage and culinary traditions.

Historic Wine Cellar & Site Visits

Before or after your meal, explore the on-site archaeological cellar featuring Crusader-era (Frankish) wine cellars and an ancient Roman well.

The site is open to guests of the restaurant, bar, and boutique accommodation rooms. Organized groups wishing to visit should book a tour in advance.
