At the heart of Ofir Farm stands a historic log cabin originally built in 1840 in the American Appalachian Mountains. Purchased and carefully dismantled by local resident Ellen Radley, the timbers were transported to Israel, stored at Ofir Farm, and eventually rebuilt with her support. Filled with the warm scent of oak and chestnut, the cabin exudes the tranquil charm of a bygone era.
From Wednesday to Saturday, the cabin’s terrace and surrounding eucalyptus grove open for a relaxed tasting experience. Guests enjoy three wines per person paired with artisanal cheeses, sourdough bread, and dips, along with complimentary tastings of nine farm-fresh honey varieties.
