The Malabi House is a vibrant, traditional malabi stand created and renovated by hand by Akko native Tina Khatib. Learning the craft directly from her grandmother, Tina prepares exceptional, hand-crafted malabi honoring time-tested Turkish-Akko culinary traditions with high-quality ingredients.

Visitors can choose from a wide variety of malabi bases, including classic rich cream, “Beirut Nights” (layali lubnan), semolina, almond milk, soy, hazelnut, and seasonal mango.

Each serving is generously finished with hand-selected toppings – freshly roasted coconut chips, shredded peanuts, and freshly crushed pistachios – and drizzled with traditional, artisanal, handmade rose water for a spectacular and delicious treat.
