Enjoy an experiential tour of the Dugma Dairy Farm, beginning in the courtyard with an introduction to the impressive artwork and magnificent mosaic created by Yael Dugma. Next, visit the family barn to get an up-close look at the cows and calves, before heading to the new, air-conditioned visitor center.
There, you will hear the inspiring life story of Yael – the country’s first female kashrut supervisor, a pioneering woman, and a mother of 12 children (10 biological and two adopted). The tour concludes with light refreshments, hot and cold drinks, and a live demonstration of Circassian cheese-making complete with tastings.
