There is something about stuffed foods that always feels like home. Adush invites you to the Bafnocho Workshop in her private kitchen at Kibbutz Beit HaEmek. We’ll gather around the pots, dough, and vegetables to dive into the world of stuffed dishes together.
We will start with a tasty welcome, then get to work preparing:
- A pot of stuffed grape leaves, cabbage, and onions — aromatic, spiced, and full of flavor
- Onions stuffed with meat and freekeh with silan
- Boias (pastries) — in both vegetarian and meat versions.
- A rich pumpkin Kubbeh soup; we’ll shape the Kubbeh dumplings together and learn the entire process — from the dough and filling to the shaping and cooking in the broth
We’ll roll, stuff, shape, and taste, while learning techniques you can take home and use in your own kitchen.
At the end, we’ll sit down to a meal featuring everything we’ve prepared, and every participant will receive a workshop recipe booklet.
The workshop is also suitable for vegans (with advance notice).
Price: 430 NIS per person
