Tents & Furnishings: Large, comfortable Coleman family tents (up to 7 people), 7 cm thick mattresses, JNF picnic tables per tent, beach chairs, and individual family sunshades.

Complex Amenities: A large lawn with an expansive shade structure, central refrigerators, central power sockets, night lighting, scattered garbage bins, and a large organized parking lot.
