Spelt Crepe — Recipe From Sharon Perez

Spelt Crepe – a recipe for 15 units, recipe by Sharon Perez from the Yodfat Cafe

Ingredients:

• 1 liter of milk
• 4 eggs
• 50 grams of melted butter
• 300 grams of spelt flour
• 100 grams wholemeal flour
• ¼ teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, mix all the liquids together well
2. In another bowl, mix the flours and salt
3. Slowly pour the liquids on the flour and mix well until everything is combined
4. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour before use
5. Mix well again before each use
