Our Heritage & History

Kashash Sweets is a business established over 100 years ago in 1915 by Heir Kashash, who began creating traditional sweets from peanuts and sesame seeds and selling them from his cart.

Later, he opened a production facility in the Old City of Akko, where he also began making such delicacies as knafe and honey-soaked baklava. Today, four generations of the Kashash family work together in the business.
