Chemist Jamal Hamoud, the owner of Aya Natural, grew up in the tradition of the Galilee.
He is certified in health management systems and was formerly head of a branch in the Medical Corps.
To this day he guides the process of producing olive oil from the olive groves of the Galilee all the way to the olive presses, in order to connect the latest knowledge to the nature in which he grew up, based on the tradition of his ancestors.
You can have a personal meeting with Jamal and hear him talk about the history and the Druze heritage at Beit Jann.
