Hasi, a Textile artist from Bustan HaGalil, is opening her studio for workshops and fun days. The family owns a farm and animals and is very connected to the land, particularly to the land of Bustan HaGalil. Such special hospitality allows guests to experience a village and be exposed for a moment to their unique way of life that includes: agriculture, hospitality, and creativity.
In the studio, which is centered around a huge table with a sewing machine and stacks of colorful fabrics with different and special textures, you can sit with your family, friends, children or in a group and create a quilt together.
When meeting over the fabrics, Hasia will tell you about creating quilts and dyeing fabrics, about her artistic background and creations, some of which are displayed overseas and receive awards and praise.
Those wishing to extend their visit and spend a serene night in the country can book one of Hasi’s two secluded wooden cabins at the heart of a grove, called Bikta Bamata (Cabin in the Orchard).
