In the heart of the village of Julis, Noor Sweets—a family business run by Dalal and her two sons—blends traditional Druze hospitality with the world of desserts. Discover the story behind one of Arab cuisine's most beloved desserts, and learn to make it yourself, from scratch to the first bite.
The workshop combines storytelling and tradition with an introduction to the ingredients. You will prepare your own Knafe with close guidance, bake it on-site, and finish it with sugar syrup — just the way it’s meant to be served.
At the end of the workshop, you can enjoy your Knafe at the cafe or take it home.
The experience includes light refreshments, water, and either Druze-style coffee or espresso.
