Boutique Winery, Vineyard & Apiary
You are invited to disconnect for an hour from the hustle and bustle of life and dive with us into the story of the Ofir Farm ― family, agriculture, wine, and honey.
During the tour that passes through the vineyard, we will visit the winery cellar and hear about the winemaking process at our winery and also about the process of producing honey by the bees. At the end, we will sit on the balcony or in the grove of our visitor center to taste a variety of winery wines with the addition of boutique cheeses, bread, dips, and honey of course. Inside the visitor center you can taste nine types of honey and purchase farm products and complementary products such as olive oil, cheeses, and boutique chocolate.

Guided Tour of the Ofir Farm ― 95 NIS per person
Hadas and Zvika Ofir established their farm in Alon HaGalil in 1985, with a beehive, vineyard, and winery. At the same time, they raised four children who to this day are partners in the family business.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
