Granola Cookies — Kishor Winery
Ingredients:
- 125 grams butter
- 125 grams white sugar
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 75 grams white flour
- 65 grams brown flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 grams salt
- 175 grams oatmeal
- 50 grams nuts – crushed
- 75 grams dried cranberries
- 100 grams chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients
2. Add the eggs to the mixture
3. Mix all the remaining dry ingredients together
4. Combine the two mixes
5. Place in the fridge for 2 hours
6. Roll the mixture into balls and bake for 18 minutes at 170 degrees celsius
