For anyone looking for a special dining experience for two, Hadar’le Restaurant invites you to enjoy its sharing menu.
The sharing menu is designed for two, offering a full, indulgent meal that includes a pitcher of mint lemonade, house bread, three starters – a generous garden salad, roasted eggplant, and beetroot carpaccio – plus two main courses of your choice from the restaurant’s selection, followed by a warm chocolate soufflé.
Hadar’le Restaurant was founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Sivan and Hadar Amsalem, fulfilling a shared dream. Chef Sivan Amsalem holds a Level 5 professional culinary qualification from Dan Gourmet, certified by Israel’s Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor. He is also a graduate of the HEG Program at Le Cordon Bleu in France, in partnership with the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
The restaurant takes its name from owner Hadar Amsalem’s affectionate nickname, Hadar’le. She is always delighted to welcome you with warm hospitality.
