Historical Memorial & Coastal Flor
a Just south of the main bathing area stands a poignant naval memorial honoring the 13 Israeli commandos killed during an operation in Lebanon in 1997. Winding between the bathing area and the monument, visitors can admire a striking, wild growth of sea lilies (Pancratium maritimum) blooming along the coastal dunes.
