Along the way, we’ll discover the authentic side of the Galilee, ranging from secret culinary gems to family kitchens that serve up tradition on a plate.

Tour Itinerary:

• Stop 1: We’ll start the morning by visiting the home of a man who left the high-tech world for “low-tech,” crafting amazing boutique cheeses right in his own home. We’ll hear his personal story and sample the exquisite cheeses.
• Stop 2: A visit to a local traditional bakery, where a grandmother and granddaughter bake wonderful manakish together in a wood-fired oven. We will sample some of the finest varieties you’ll ever taste.
• Stop 3: We continue to a private home that has opened an “underground” shawarma spot — open just one day a week for a few hours — which has become a pilgrimage site for food connoisseurs.
• Stop 4: We visit a local flour mill and discover the locals’ passion.
• Stop 5: A visit to a local family’s home or a local restaurant, where we will taste traditional dishes.
