At the Meshek Adamit Cafe everything revolves around our sheep’s cheeses ― fresh, lactic, ripe, smoked and aged, made by hand and without preservatives.
The dishes change according to the season and are always based on the rich local produce: cheese tasting plate, indulgent croissant sandwiches, colorful pizzas, refreshing salads, and special desserts.
The warm interior, the charming pergola, and the magnificent view create an atmosphere of connection to nature, to the farm, and to small moments of pleasure.
In 2010, Oshi and Yoav arrived at Kibbutz Adamit. After years in Tel Aviv and working around the clock in restaurants and hospitality, they decided to move to the Galilee, to feel the land. They opened Meshek Adamit with a grand opening about a month before October 7th. Everything was cut short and stopped, but as soon as they got the green light to return home, they rolled up their sleeves and, with the help of good friends, reopened their colorful and happy place to the general public.
