The Odette Chocolate Boutique offers chocolate workshops for all ages.
In the workshops, you learn about chocolate and its production process. Together, you temper and create various chocolate products from fine chocolate.
The chocolate flows generously and the participants create boutique chocolate products that are carefully packaged at the end of the workshop.
Workshop Prices:
1.5-hour workshop: Minimum fee to run the workshop: NIS 1,000 for up to 7 participants. For groups of more than 7 participants, the price is NIS 150 per participant.
Praline workshop (3 hours): NIS 350 per participant. Minimum of 4 participants required to run the workshop.
The boutique can also be booked for birthdays, multi-generational workshops for families, group workshops, and more.
Dr. Shlomit Zamir, a materials engineer, decided after 18 years of working as a manager in Israel’s defense industry to dedicate herself to developing another kind of material – chocolate.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
