The bakery, under the direction of Asael Maor, all the bread and pastries are made on-site. The breads are shaor breads, made by hand in a traditional way from high-quality wholemeal flour. The bakery bakes two times a day, morning and afternoon so that there is fresh bread all day long.
In addition to bread, you will find other pastries: bagels, ciabatta, baguettes, wonderful yeast cakes, and cookies.
Every day there are breakfast pastries: croissants, bourbons, and quiche.
On Fridays, there are wonderful challahs.
You can buy fresh in the morning and go for a picnic in the Monkey Forest and in the area.

Michal Ezrony, born in Yodfat, has specialized in the culinary field around the world for years. When she returned to Yodfat in 2003, she opened a wine shop in her home. The store has evolved, added manufacturers, artists, and initiatives of the local people were added. This is how an eclectic, regional, and unusual variety was created, which took shape into a new and impressive complex built at the entrance to Yodfat — Boacha Yodfat.
