Following his father’s work, Samir Asadi took up photography. For years, Samir worked days and nights at events and parties. Samir had a childhood dream to enter the kitchen and he felt respect, love, and curiosity for food. Over the years, the passion for food and the smells of the kitchen attracted Samir, so much so that he left the photography empire and built a new empire for himself. With a deep breath and planning for a year, the Turkiz restaurant was established together with his wife, Nahala.

Turkiz is a Mediterranean-style market café and restaurant. The restaurant is located between the market and the marina of Old Akko, in a small and picturesque alley, decorated by the owner with flowers, plants, and night lights.
You are invited to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of Turkiz during the morning with breakfast, coffee, and tea in Samir’s beautiful collection of dishes from all over the world as well as handmade desserts. During lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a variety of meat dishes; Entrecote steak, tomahawk, lamb chops in tabun, chunks of meat and vegetables in tabun. In the corner of the sea, fresh fish from the bull – for lightning, salmon in a tub, and fried or cooked seafood.
You can enrich the dining experience with a variety of Arab-style salads alongside a pampering plate of chickpeas and tahini, chopped and dipped salad. It will be wrapped in Samir’s timeless smile, his love of hospitality, and his fine hand in the kitchen.
