About Tupelo:
Vered Baer, originally from Kibbutz Gesher HaZiv, and Murad Bishara, originally from Tarshiha, met at the chef restaurant Adelina on Kibbutz Cabri and fell in love.
Vered and Murad’s dream was to set up a bakery and cafe, where even celiac patients, like Vered’s sister, vegans, or people who avoid gluten, could enjoy and indulge with an abundance of fresh and delicious pastries like cakes, sandwiches, and pizzas.

The bakery and cafe were founded by Verad and Murad, a couple in business and in life, whose dream was to create a wheat-free place that everyone could enjoy. Verad is originally a kibbutznik from Gesher HaZiv and she also lived in the United States for many years, and Murad is originally from Tarshiha.
