In the rustically designed restaurant you can be pampered with a variety of fresh pasta and ravioli prepared on the spot, pizzas, salmon in the oven with herbs, fresh salads, and of course Italian-style pastries from the oven served with cheeses and fresh Galilean herbs.
The story of the Salima Restaurant began many years ago when Salima Badarna went to visit her sister who had moved to Italy — and fell in love.
The tastes, landscapes, and warmth of the food and people fascinated her and she began to learn Italian cooking.
Whenever she came to visit Italy she learned from the Italian chefs how to bake pizza, make fresh pasta and ravioli, the meats, and of course the indulgent pastries.
A few years ago, Osama Ghanaim, her sister’s husband, joined her, and together they opened an Italian-Galilean restaurant, with a cool and young design, where you can indulge in fresh pizzas, special breakfasts, pastries from the wood-fired oven from Naples, and of course desserts!
Everything is combined with raw materials and herbs from Italy and the Galilee.
