Lotem Winery is one of very few Israeli organic wineries and it brings together the qualities of man and land. The unique combination between spiritual content, energies and advanced science, creates original quality wine.
The winery was founded in 2009 by Winemaker Yaniv Kimchi.
It sits on a beautiful observation point at kibbutz Lotem, above Sakhnin valley, overlooking the Sea of Galilee and entire Lower Galilee.
Come visit the winery – a winning combination of high-quality organic wines, deck with breathtaking views and the story behind the winery: believing music has energetic qualities and playing alternative music to the wine in the barrels.
Today, 50,000 bottles are made at the winery. The grape varieties used are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Shiraz, Petit bordeaux, Sauvingon Blanc, Shardonney, Semion and Nebbiolo. The wines take their names from the music world like Trio and Allegro.
On weekends you can enjoy tasty tapas, meat and vegetarian food.
